LO1: Understand audio visual promos PASS GRADE (P1)	Analysis of 5 music videos or film trailers similar to the genre that you want to make against the following criteria: Purpose, form, content, meaning, genre, intended audience. Embedded links of your chosen music videos or film trailers that are correctly referenced. Embedded links of 4 other examples of audio visual promos ( vlog, short film, documentary, TV advert)	P -         You have successfully analysed 5 film trailers for this learning outcome with referenced links. I -        You MUST change the title from ‘essay’ to LO1 – Analysis of audio visual promos.  THIS IS IMPORTANT -        Your ‘Scummy man’ and ‘Donkey Punch’ analysis are missing headings towards the end (sound, camerawork etc.). Add these so it clear what heading you are discussing. THIS IS IMPORTANT -        Exhibit A’s and Donkey Punch’s purpose ( inform? Educate? Entertain?) Is missing. -        Intended audience ( age, gender, ABC1 with disposable income) is missing for ‘This is England’ and ‘Scummy Man’  THIS IS IMPORTANT. -        Bubbl.us mind maps can be hard to read. Export as a JPEG and upload instead of screen grabs. -        For the examples of other audio promos ( ident/ short film etc) add a couple of sentences to each that explains what it is and what is it promoting. LO2: Be able to produce pre-production materials for an original audio-visual promo PASS GRADE (P2) MERIT GRADE (M1)	TWO detailed treatments. The second treatment/idea should be posted on your blog as  Contingency Treatment Ofcom regulations (all) and BBFC Classification (film trailers) to be addressed in the treatment. Script using industry standard format Storyboard with camera movement arrows, detailed mise en scene, camerawork, shot types, editing information (P2-M1) Weekly Production schedules that state what you are contributing to the group. Gantt chart including pre-production, production and post-production dates. Recce form and photographs for each filming location Risk assessment for each film location Release and consent form for all actors Detailed call sheet for each time you go filming. Copyright permission for songs/ sound effects	P -         Team roles identified for planning documents. -         Evidence of early script with editing instructions -         Evidence of permission for song to be used in the trailer. -         Call sheets uploaded -         Production schedules uploaded. -         Evidence of a risk assessment uploaded. -         Treatments have been uploaded. -         Recce sheets uploaded. LO3: Be able to produce materials for use in an original audio-visual promo PASS GRADE (P3) MERIT GRADE (M2) DISTINCTION GRADE (D1)	Photographic evidence of setting up equipment, using and following script/storyboard, recce forms and risk assessment when filming (photographs, vine videos) Team roles/responsibility whilst filming to be evidenced on your blog. Footage from filming to be uploaded to your blog under blog post title Rushes. This must be evaluated against:  what is useable and why, what needs to be re-filmed.	P -        Rushes have been uploaded. I -        You have not evaluated the usability of the rushes. THIS IS IMPORTANT -        You have a lot of rushes of footage that is not usable, so you need to work on filming and uploaded more useable footage for this LO. THIS IS IMPORTANT -        Team roles and responsibilities whilst filming needs to be posted. -        No evidence of you setting up equipment whilst filming. LO4: Be able to edit production materials to produce an original audio-visual promo PASS GRADE (P4) MERIT GRADE (M3) DISTINCTION GRADE (D2)	Completed shot logs for all footage to be uploaded. Completed Edit log to be uploaded Evidence of adding visual and audio effects to footage (Photographs/ videos) Evidence of what each member of the group has contributed in the editing stages (screen grabs/vine videos) Final audio visual promo to be uploaded. Areas for improvement for Task …... I need to add the purpose for Exhibit A’s and Donkey Punch The BBFC classifications is missing from my treatment We need permission from the actors that have been used for the chocolate dragons trailer I need some form of evidence for what I have edited so far

How are you going to address the above issues? I need to update my LO1 by adding the purposes for the named film trailers  Add the necessary points to fufill the purpose for Donkey Punch and Exhibit A Ask actors to sign the permission sheet
